These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the services provided by Primon Services, a manpower consultancy firm having its registered office in India (“Primon Services“, “we”, “our”, or “us”), to job seekers (“Candidate”) and to employers/organizations (“Client”) seeking recruitment or staffing solutions.
1. Scope of Services
Primon Services offers manpower consultancy, including but not limited to:

Job placement assistance for candidates.

Recruitment and staffing solutions for companies.

Document verification and ID creation support.
-
Career counseling and interview preparation guidance.
2. Service Charges

The Company may charge a service fee ranging from ₹50 to ₹1,000 for various employment-related services.

The exact amount depends on the nature of the service availed (e.g., job consultancy, resume creation, or interview scheduling).

No Refund Policy: All payments made for services are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of employment or recruitment.
3. Candidate Obligations

The candidate must provide accurate and truthful information including resume, educational qualifications, identity proof, and prior work experience.

Any false declaration may lead to immediate disqualification and/or blacklisting from future opportunities.

Candidates must report for interviews and join the position offered within the stipulated time frame, failing which the ID may be deactivated.

Primon Services does not guarantee job placement; it facilitates job opportunities.
4. Client (Employer) Obligations

Clients are required to provide clear job descriptions, salary structures, and compliance with labor laws.

Clients must not bypass Primon Services by hiring candidates directly without informing or compensating the agency.

Clients must pay the agreed consultancy fee on time, where applicable.
5. Mode of Communication

Candidates and clients must retain proof of payment and communication for future reference.
6. Confidentiality

All personal and professional data shared by candidates and clients will be kept strictly confidential.

Primon Services complies with applicable data privacy laws and does not sell or misuse any information.
7. Limitation of Liability

Primon Services is not liable for any:

Disputes between candidates and employers post placement.

Loss of employment, salaries, or damages due to employer actions.

Misconduct or misrepresentation by candidates or clients.

The agency acts as an intermediary and facilitates communication and connections only.
8. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice.

In case of any unethical behavior, fraud, or breach of terms, Primon Services reserves the right to blacklist a candidate or client and cease all services without refund.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Banda, Uttar Pradesh.
10. Amendments

Primon Services reserves the right to modify, update, or change any part of these terms at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the services after such changes shall be deemed as acceptance.
11. Acceptance
By availing the services of Primon Services, the candidate or client agrees to all the terms mentioned above. It is the responsibility of the user to read and understand these terms before proceeding.
